XMAS CLOSED PERIOD
Please note our offices will be closed December the 21st until 29th so no replies will made during this time. All new orders are processed as normal but dont include 21st until 26th as this will be classed as a bank holiday.
Normal service will resumes on the 29th with only New years eve and New years day being classed as extra closed holiday's.
Delivery
All items have different delivery times and schedules so please see each individual product - estimated deliverys are 14-28 wk days not including public holidays.
Delivery times provided by Buy Clever are estimates only. Buy Clever will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.
All reasonable attempts to contact you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as Buy Clever will not be held accountable for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
For our international customers, international customs charges may apply. For this, Buy Clever does not have any control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be. For further information please contact your local customs office. Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties or tariffs for their destination country. Should customs impound goods sent from us, the costs will not be refunded.

- a flat fee of £3.95 for Regular post (unless stated)
- $5.95 AUD
- $6.45 USD
- €4.75 EURO
Postage to countries that require International Shipping are charged at a rate £9.95, €11.99 EURO, $15.95 USD, $14.99 AUD (unless stated) and will be sent with the relevant shipping partner, unless special surcharges are imposed by our shippers. We will contact you directly to discuss your order should this be relevant.
